I agree to the below noted terms and conditions listed in the school bus agreement and to the Liability Wavier, which states:

The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Service Provider is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the transportation of the child. The Service Provider will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the child; however, the Client releases the Service Provider from any and all liability in the event of an accident or unforeseen incident.

School Pick-Up Service Agreement

Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full upfront to secure the spot for the service. Payment is non-refundable.
Payment can be made via online bank transfer, details are on the invoice. For the monthly service, the payment will be prorated when there are school holidays.

Staff
Our team includes one male (part-owner) and several female staff members, all of whom are experienced, safe drivers with clean driving records.

Vehicles
Our fleet includes one Kia Soul and three Toyota company vans. These vehicles are regularly serviced and well-maintained, ensuring they are always safe and reliable.

Pick-Up Schedule

Our school pick-up service begins at 2:45 pm in George Town and proceeds eastward. While we cannot guarantee an exact 3:00 pm pick-up, we do ensure that your child will be collected before 3:30 pm. Children must be waiting in the designated pick-up area, as the driver will not be able to leave the vehicle to locate them. If you have specific instructions, please inform us at the time of booking.

The same rule applies in the mornings: children must be ready and waiting outside their homes for pick-up.

Liability Waiver
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Service Provider is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or
damages that may occur during the transportation of the child. The Service Provider will take all
reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the child; however, the Client releases the Service
Provider from any and all liability in the event of an accident or unforeseen incident.

Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with one-week notice. In the event of termination by the
Client, no refunds will be provided.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands.
