Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between The Perfect Maid and Nanny
(hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") and [Client's Name/Company] (hereinafter referred to as
"Client"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of domestic services by
The Perfect Maid and Nanny.

License and Compliance:

  • The Perfect Maid and Nanny holds a valid Trade and Business license issued by the Cayman Islands Government.

  • Criminal record checks have been completed for all team members, and employment/character references have been verified.

Office Hours:

  • Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm.

  • The office is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Despite the office closure, services are still available on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Communication Protocol:

  • The office phone is not monitored outside of regular office hours. For urgent matters outside of office hours, please send an email to the provided email address.

Our Staff:

  • At The Perfect Maid and Nanny, we take immense pride in our commitment to excellence. We go the extra mile to ensure that only the best talent becomes part of our team. Each of our domestic helpers is not only highly experienced but has also undergone rigorous vetting procedures, assuring our clients of the utmost professionalism and reliability in the services we provide. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are at the core of our hiring standards.

Communication Regarding Specific Needs:

  • Parents or legal guardians are encouraged to notify The Perfect Maid and Nanny at the time of booking regarding any specific needs, health considerations, or behavioral concerns related to the child(ren) in our care. Open communication ensures that we can tailor our services to accommodate the unique requirements of each child.

Emergency Protocol:

  • At The Perfect Maid and Nanny, the safety and well-being of your child/ren are our top priorities. In the event of an emergency, our caregivers will follow established protocols to ensure a swift and appropriate response. This includes contacting emergency services, notifying parents or legal guardians promptly, and taking necessary steps to safeguard the health and safety of the individuals under our care. Your cooperation and communication during such situations are vital, and we appreciate your trust in our commitment to handling emergencies with the utmost professionalism and care.

Terms of Service:

  • The Client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

  • The ServicProvider agrees to deliver babysitting services in accordance with the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Billing and Payment:

  • Payment is required in advance to secure all bookings made with The Perfect Maid and Nanny.

  • Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment for the requested services.

  • Payment for services can be facilitated through various methods, as outlined below:

Online Bank Transfer:

  • Clients may opt to make payments via online bank transfer. Bank details required for the transfer will be provided on the issued invoice.

Credit or Debit Card:

  • Payments can be made using credit or debit cards. Please note that a surcharge of 4% will apply to transactions completed through this method.

Cash Payment at Office:

  • Alternatively, clients have the option to settle payments in cash by visiting our office. If opting for cash payment, kindly inform the booking team in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

Minimum Service Duration Requirement:

  • Our services have a minimum duration requirement of 3 hours. This means that a booking must encompass a minimum of 3 hours of service.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund or a full credit on account. Refunds or credits on account will only be issued for cancellations received at least 72 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within less than 72 hours are not eligible for any type of refund.

  • Bookings made within 72 hours are non-refundable.

  • To ensure proper processing, all cancellations must be submitted via email. Please note that our office phone is not monitored outside of regular office hours, and we cannot guarantee that your message will be seen, or your call answered. Email remains the recommended method for cancellations.

Delayed Access and Service Continuation:

  • In the event that your service provider arrives at the scheduled time for your service but encounters difficulty gaining access to your home, they will wait for a duration of 15 minutes. If access is still not granted within this timeframe, the service will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.

  • In instances where there is a delay in gaining access to the property, charges will be calculated from the scheduled start time.

Arrival Time Flexibility and Notification:

  • Arrival times are approximations, and due to various factors, such as the heavy traffic on our roads, your service provider may arrive within a 15-minute window before or after the scheduled start time. If you require a specific start time and lack flexibility, kindly inform our booking team to make appropriate arrangements.

Service Schedule and Cost Adjustments:

  • Your service price has been calculated according to the proposed service schedule you provided at the time of booking. Any alterations to the original schedule will result in a corresponding adjustment to your service cost.

  • Should you wish to make modifications to your schedule after confirmation, kindly communicate directly with the office and not with the babysitter. The babysitter is not authorized to make changes to the schedule.

Pet Safety Consideration:

  • While our team members are comfortable with pets, we prioritize their safety. If your pet exhibits aggressive behavior, we kindly request that you secure him/her during the duration of the service for the well-being of both our team members and your pet.

Termination of Services:

  • For ongoing services, this agreement is open-ended, permitting either party to terminate it at any time by providing a minimum of one (1) week’s notice.

Ensuring a Safe and Respectful Environment:

  • It is the client's responsibility to maintain a safe and comfortable work environment for our team members.

  • Additionally, we kindly request that our staff be treated cordially and with respect. Our team is committed to reciprocating this courtesy by treating all customers with kindness and respect. Any form of verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated. In the event of such behavior, the service will be terminated immediately, ensuring a professional and positive interaction for both our staff and customers.


  • During the term of this agreement and for a period of one year following its termination, the client agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, recruit, or employ any current employees of The Perfect Maid and Nanny without prior written consent from The Perfect Maid and Nanny. This clause is intended to protect the business interests and relationships of The Perfect Maid and Nanny and shall remain in effect even after the termination of this agreement.


  • The Service Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client information and transactions.

Governing Law:

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands.
