Deep Cleaning Checklist

Rate: $21 per hour, per cleaner (4-hour minimum charge)

Estimated Deep Cleaning Times by Property Size:

Studios/small 1-bedroom apartments: 2 cleaners for 4 hours

Two-bedroom apartments/homes: 3 cleaners for 4–5 hours

Three-bedroom apartments/homes: 4 cleaners for 5 hours

Four-bedroom and larger houses: 5 cleaners for 5 hours
Please note: The times listed above are estimates. If the service exceeds the maximum time stated, additional hours will be billed at $21 per hour, per cleaner.
Customer Responsibility:

Customers are expected to provide a mop, bucket, broom, toilet brush, and vacuum in proper working condition. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene, these tools are not shared between households.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your service.

Refunds are not provided; however, if a cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service, a credit will be applied to your account for future use.
