Rates/Time:
Our rate for deep cleaning is $21 per hour, per cleaner. We have a minimum charge of 4 hours for ALL services. We provide cleaning products, and the customer is required to provide a regular mop, broom, bucket, toilet brush, and vacuum in proper working order. Please note we do not share these tools across different households for health reasons.
• Studios/small 1-bedroom apartments – 2 cleaners for 4 hours
• Two-bedroom apartments/homes – 3 cleaners for 4 - 5 hours
• Three bedrooms apartments/homes – 4 cleaners for 5 hours
• Four bedroom and larger houses – 5 cleaners for 5 hours
**The times given above are just an estimate. The actual time taken to complete the cleaning will depend on the condition of your home. If the service ends up going over the maximum time stated above, the additional time will be billed at $21 per hour, per cleaner.
All deep cleaning services must be paid for at the time of making the booking to secure the spot. Refunds will not be given once the service has been paid for and the booking confirmed.
