Option 1: Subcontracted Placement (TPMN is the Employer)

TPMN directly employs the domestic helper or nanny and assigns them to your household. We handle all employment-related responsibilities, including:

• Work permit application and government fees

• Health insurance and pension contributions

• Payroll processing

• Vacation, sick leave, and HR compliance

• Employment contracts and staff management

📆 Available for 3, 6, 9, or 12-month contracts
💰 Rates vary depending on the role and requirements (e.g. live-in vs live-out, nanny vs hybrid helper)

Option 2: Direct Hire (You are the Employer)

We handle the entire hiring process and paperwork, but you become the direct employer of the helper.

This includes:

• Candidate sourcing and vetting

• Interview coordination

• Preparation and submission of the work permit application

💵 One-time fee: CI $400
(All ongoing employment costs and responsibilities fall to you as the employer)

• Fully vetted with verified references

• CPR & First Aid certified

• Experienced in childcare, housekeeping, and Caribbean-style cooking
